Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Raleigh, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across North Carolina run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 11:30 amβ6:15 pm. Note that it does not open on Tuesday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Flavors of India at (919) 900-7335; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. More information is available on its website, flavorsofindiaraleigh.com.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 303 reviews, which is a strong result for an indian restaurant in Raleigh and suggests consistent service.
Raleigh is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Raleigh follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

A very unique family owned Indian Restaurant with excellent service & fresh food. Owner & staff is welcoming & courteous. Restaurant is very clean & hygenic. Restaurant is serving authentic Gujarati cuisine ( Western most Indian State) which is very delicious & rare to find in the USA. Food tastes like home made food with fresh ingredients. Gujarati thali is must try dish. Restaurant also serves delicious North Indian cuisine. I highly recommend to visit the restaurant & support family based small business.

Absolutely loved this place! Everything tasted fresh and had that homemade feel, which is hard to find these days. Itβs not easy to find Indian food that tastes this fresh and balanced. The thali is definitely worth trying. I really liked that you can choose from a variety of curries instead of getting a fixed selection. There were plenty of options, and every curry we tried was delicious. The phulka rotis were soft and fresh, the kadhi pakora was excellent, and every item on the plate was full of flavor. We also tried the dabeli and vada pav, and both were really good. We were lucky they had Aamras for dessert, which was a nice surprise. If youβre looking for authentic Indian food that feels like a comforting home-cooked meal, this place is definitely worth visiting.

Amazing food overall but I wish their thali came with more side dishes. They regularly post the day's menu on social media showing 6-8 dishes, so I assumed they will be serving all of those in the thali as well. However, I had to choose 3-4 dishes out of the available options. That's more of a combo meal than a thali.

Flavors of India is truly a hidden gem in Raleigh! π This restaurant has it all β amazing food, rich flavors, and fresh ingredients. We ordered a variety of veg and non-veg dishes, including momos, bhature chole, biryani, tandoori chicken, and a goat dish β every item was freshly made and full of authentic flavor. The service was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. Highly recommend! π½οΈβ¨

Expansive selection to choose from. Lots of Veg items ! Excellent service, extremely clean, modern, great atmosphere, warm server, lovely presentation. All that and then... Superior food, exquisite flavors, fresh and high quality ingredients, and brilliantly spiced at the exact heat we requested. We ordered Aloo Tiki Chat (divine), Veg Chettinad (delicious), Paneer Tikka Masala (impossible to stop eating), and Butter Naan (scrumptious, soft, and butter). We will return. Oooooh yes!!
